Aleesha Young established herself as the top female professional bodybuilder in the latter half of the 2010s. Aleesha, born in 1984 to an athletic family. Her father took part in bodybuilding while her brothers and sisters were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha has played many sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card following her win at the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition, it was in the year 2008. She also took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she finished 9th. Her 2015 finish was 9th. Aleesha finished 6th both 2015 and 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020 the bodybuilder completed her most impressive WOS Rising Phoenix performance, in which she finished fourth. The "World's strongest mom" has taken a health break.
